Been coming to this local spot for years.

    View- awesome.

Food- depends what you order but the specials are always a good bet to get the best for your money. Baked clams are bready but tasty. Scallops are a must. They actually do a great October fest menu. Worth checking out since the view is still great but the crowds are gone. If it's warm enough the deck is still open.

Drinks-  these bartenders pour like they are running a dive bar (fine by me) Their drinks are strong, bring a sober driver with you.

Parking- the valet long can get long, have one of your party get out and leave their name with the hostess, if there is line. It will cut your wait in half.

Staff- depends who you get and how packed the place is. Walls was built almost a century ago and it's just too popular for its size, the crowding can make it difficult to get speedy service but I've never had an issue on a weekday evening. Ashley has worked there for a long time and she's excellent. You can tell the staff doesn't give "fine dining service" but that they do care.

Pro tip- the crowds thin out after Labor Day, drop by then for a shorter wait time. If you don't want to deal with the wait, ask to see a menu, grab food and drinks to go and eat on the cocktail deck. It won't be as nice as a table but the sunset looks just as good from there.

Don't come on a holiday weekend. Especially on Fourth of July day. It's absolute insanity.

come for the view, leave for the food and drink.
Bar is good with bottled beer and shots.
Mediocre food for too much $.
Service is good and as friendly as possible.
Doesn't make up for the meh.
Insane valet parking at peak hours.

I bet you wouldn't expect, in a million years, that after dropping a bunch of money at the restaurant on lunch and then sitting on the beach, that they would ask you not to sit on the beach 50 feet down from the restaurant. But that's exactly what they did.

Just a toddler, a kid and their parents, aunts and uncle. No riff raff. Not blocking anyone's view. No drinking. Just sitting very quietly enjoying the beach after an expensive meal. Nope, please move down to the left away from the restaurant.

They were polite and all but cmon, are you F'ing kidding me!??!!? There is absolutely no justification that would make sense.

I was here last summer for dinner and the location and atmosphere is what brought me back. The place is pricey and the food , ok.... but it's a Perfect place on a beautiful day to have cocktails and some simple seafood on the beach. Pretty crowded for mid afternoon, everyone must have had the same idea. Nice atmosphere & good service . Watermelon margarita - very nice! We started with a cup of lobster bisque, tasty . Canadian Oysters were good!  The fried calamari fresh and crispy. The baked clams were more stuffing than clams and melted cheese in the middle .... a bit odd , they  were just ok.  A nice stroll on the beach after dinner finished the evening perfectly .  Really enjoyed the whole package.

So let me start of with mentioning that my review is based on a party we attended outdoors, not the actual restaurant inside, nor did I pay for my meal, so this is a review about the food and party experience. When we arrived we had no expectations because we had never dined at Wall's Wharf and we don't live in the local area so we really knew nothing about it.  Well we were super surprised to find out that this surprise 30th birthday party was being held outside on the beach, so cool, so beautiful.  I've eaten near a beach before but to have a party on the beach was awesome.  The staff was kind and service was on point.  All the food from the appetizers to the mains and then the desserts were all delicious.  I highly recommend if your looking to book an outdoor party with a view, come here it was fantastic.  We only wished the weather would have been better but the clouds didn't damper this event:)
